What foximprint.com collects, why, and who handles it.
Effective: October 9, 2026
This page explains what foximprint.com collects about you, why, and who else handles it. It is short because the site collects very little.
Who I am
Fox Imprint is run by Taylor Fox, a sole proprietor doing business as Fox Imprint. When this page says "I," it means me. You can reach me at taylor.fox@foximprint.com.
What I collect
When you fill out the scope call form, I receive:
- your full name
- your personal email address
- your phone number, if you give it
- whether you already have an established brand
- your business name, or the names you are considering
- what you write about the phase your business is in right now
- what you write about the AI automation you hope to include and what you want it to do
- whether you are willing to be taught to run your AI automation yourself
- anything else you choose to tell me
- how you heard about me
When you email me, I receive whatever you choose to send.
When you visit any page, the company that hosts the site, Vercel, records standard technical details in its server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. This is how every website is delivered and protected. I do not use these logs to identify you.
The scope call form also uses your IP address for a moment to stop the same sender from submitting the form over and over. It is held only in the server's working memory and is not saved.
What the site does not do
- It does not set cookies.
- It does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels.
- It does not load fonts, scripts, or images from outside services. Everything is served from the site itself.
- It does not let any other company track you across websites while you are here.
How I use what you send
Only to reply to you, set up a scope call, and prepare a quote if you ask for one. I do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Two services handle your information so the site and my email work. Each acts on my behalf and is not allowed to use it for its own marketing.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps its server logs.
- Google Workspace sends the form's message to my inbox and stores it there.
I may also share information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Form messages and emails stay in my inbox for as long as I need them to reply to you and to keep normal business records, up to two years after our last contact, and then I delete them. If you become a client, the Project Agreement covers the information you give me during the project.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete what you have sent me. Email taylor.fox@foximprint.com and I will reply within 30 days. I will not treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not track visitors across websites over time, and it lets no other company do so, so the signal does not change anything here.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Email is never perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers, or health details through the form. If we work together, logins go on the Client Access Form, which I handle as described there.
Links to other sites
This site links to other sites, such as Fox Curriculum and The FoxStead. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this page
If I change this policy, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.
