How it works
I build it first. Then I teach you to run it.
Your brand, your site, your accounts, and your AI helpers, built for your business and handed over with lessons you choose, until every piece runs in your own hands. From the first call to the last password.
Before anything starts
A free 20-minute scope call.
You tell me where the business is and what is getting in the way. I ask about your brand, your site, your accounts, your marketing, and how much of your week AI could carry.
A written quote within two business days.
The services you need, and one total. Nothing starts until you approve it, and the price only changes if you approve a change to the work.
A deposit reserves your start date.
You pay in three parts: 30 percent to start, 40 percent at the review point, and 30 percent once everything is handed over.

Discover
Every project starts with a recorded brand discovery call. I ask about your story, your real clients, and the words you already use. Your brand is built from what you say, so you can keep reshaping it after I leave. The call is included in every project.

Build
I build your site and set up your accounts on what your discovery call found: domain, email, booking, payments, listings. Every account is in your name and paid by you, from the first day. Your site is built so you can change it yourself by asking Claude, checking a preview, and approving it.

Automate
I find the work you repeat every week and hand it to AI and automations built for your business: drafting posts in your voice, answering the same questions, sending confirmations, keeping your lists clean. Each helper is tested on real tasks from your week before you get it.

Teach
Every project comes with two lessons you choose, and you can add more. Each lesson is 60 minutes, live, recorded, with written steps you keep and practice built in. You can repeat a topic as many times as you need.

Where most projects start
Every project is quoted on its own, but most begin from one of these.
Starting a business from nothing
What usually happensYour brand found on the discovery call, then the site, accounts, and listings built around it
Running under more than one name, site, or inbox
What usually happensEverything merged into one, with every old piece checked before it is retired
The brand no longer fits, and things are scattered
What usually happensA new brand found from the old pieces, and everything merged
The site exists, but it is dated or missing tools
What usually happensThe site cleaned up, with booking, payments, or other tools added
Everything is set up, but you repeat the same work every week
What usually happensYour repeat work moved to automations and AI helpers you run
You can also book a single job, a custom AI helper, or a lesson on its own.
Most projects run $500 to $5,000.

After handoff
The handoff check.
Before the final payment, every account is confirmed in your name, you change every password, and you make at least one change to your site yourself. Then I no longer have access to anything.
Bridges, if you want one.
Some work is easier to learn by watching it done first, like posting or ads. A bridge lasts three months at most. Month one I do it, month two you and I do it together, month three you do it and I check. Then it ends.
Consults, whenever you need me.
Book an hour, or half of one, any time after handoff. There is no monthly fee to keep paying.
Why Claude and Vercel
I build every AI helper on Claude and every site on Vercel. That is the same for every client, and these are the protections that come with it:
If you ever leave Claude or Vercel, your content, your rules, and your code go with you.
Book a free scope callThe accounts are yours.
Claude, Vercel, GitHub, and your domain are in your name and paid by you.
The work is in plain files.
Your site's content and your helpers' instructions are plain text you keep.
The rules are readable.
Every site has a rules file,
CLAUDE.md, that you can read and any other developer could follow.Changes can be undone.
Nothing reaches your live site without your approval, and any change can be rolled back.
